- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes. Upgrade any time — you're charged a prorated amount for the current period. Downgrade cancels at the end of the current period so you keep the entitlements you paid for.
- Is the free plan usable long-term?
- Yes. Free includes your public creator page, up to 25 links, 15 products, and 3 kits, plus basic analytics. Every essential feature works — you never lose your data if you don't upgrade.
- Where do my payments go?
- MyCreatorAccount currently uses Razorpay (India-native). Your card / UPI / netbanking details never touch our servers — Razorpay handles them. We only record the plan you're on and the payments you've made.
- What happens if a payment fails?
- Your subscription enters a short grace period. During the grace window you keep your entitlements while you update your payment method. If the retry never succeeds you're moved to Free — nothing is deleted.
- Can I export my data?
- Yes on the Creator plan and above. CSV export covers links, products, kits, and analytics history. Your creator page is exportable to a public URL any time.
