Terms of service
Last updated 19 August 2026
Plain-language terms for using MyCreatorAccount. By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
You need an accurate email address and you are responsible for keeping your password safe. One person or organisation per account; do not share credentials.
Usernames are first-come, first-served. Some names are reserved because they collide with our own pages. We may reclaim a username that impersonates someone else or is used to mislead.
Your content stays yours
You own everything you publish — your links, text, images, products, and kits. You grant us only the permission needed to host and display it on your page.
You are responsible for what you publish, including making the required disclosures for affiliate or sponsored links in your jurisdiction.
What you may not do
No illegal content, malware, phishing, or deceptive links. No content that infringes someone else’s rights. No impersonation. No attempts to break, overload, or scrape the service.
We may suspend or remove a page that breaks these rules. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why.
Plans and billing
The Free plan is genuinely free and long-term: your public page, links, products, kits, and basic analytics are included, and you do not lose data by staying on it.
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Upgrading charges a prorated amount for the current period; downgrading takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for.
If a payment fails, your subscription enters a short grace period during which you keep your entitlements while you update your payment method. If it still does not succeed, the account moves to Free — nothing is deleted.
Entitlements are decided by our backend, which is the single source of truth.
Availability
We work to keep the service up but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features; where a change is significant we will give notice.
Ending things
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may end an account that breaks these terms.
